A vivid and varied startling programme exploring dance in Europe. Starting with courtly dances and moving through to the beautiful impressionism of Debussy, Satie and Ravel. The programme includes the exciting sabre dance and the seductive ritual dances from Turina’s spanish pen.
Music Through the Centuries
A programme of varied repertoire starting with early music right through to South American music . The programme opens in the Renaissance era, works onwards to Baroque, then moves towards impressionism with the warm and sensual sounds of flute and guitar, finally concluding in modern times.
